Who We Are

The San Dieguito Faculty Association (SDFA) is a voluntary membership organization representing teachers, counselors, school psychologists, speech pathologists, student support specialists, and school nurses dedicated to helping all students achieve. SDFA strives to work in collaboration with community members, district administration, site administration, the school board, and our members toward this goal with mutual respect and confidence.
